The Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC), the region’s most renowned pop culture gathering, has revealed Filipino artist Stephen Segovia as its inaugural comic creator for 2024. Renowned for his spectacular illustrations in Marvel, Batman, Star Wars, X-Men, and Moon Knight, Segovia will grace the event for all three days.
Having debuted in the comic book realm at a mere age of 16, Segovia quickly rose to prominence through his works with DC Comics, especially notable ones like Superman and Redhood and the Outlaws. His current collaboration with Todd McFarlane on “The Scorched” brings together iconic characters from the Spawn comics.
For enthusiasts eager to get the premium MEFCC experience, VIP tickets for the 2024 edition are now available. The event will unfold from 9 – 11 February 2024 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
