Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is set to enhance its entertainment offerings with the launch of the world’s first Ferrari Esports Arena on August 29. This innovative addition aims to captivate racing enthusiasts, Formula 1 fans, and thrill-seekers.
Faisal Al Nuaimi, General Manager of Ferrari World Yas Island, expressed his excitement about the new facility, highlighting its immersive virtual racing experience. “This state-of-the-art facility is designed to immerse visitors in the exhilarating world of virtual racing like never before,” he said. The new attraction underscores the park’s commitment to delivering unique entertainment experiences and supporting Abu Dhabi’s tourism objectives.
The Ferrari Esports Arena will feature 20 Grand Turismo simulators, including 17 for adults and three tailored for younger guests, ensuring a family-friendly environment. Additionally, there will be three F1 simulators that allow guests to experience driving a Ferrari race car on various Grand Prix circuits, including the Yas Marina Circuit. Special accommodations are available for people of determination, with two GT simulators designed to cater to their needs.
The arena boasts a sleek black and red aesthetic, high-performance gaming stations, professional-grade equipment, and the latest consoles for an immersive gaming experience. It will operate daily from 10 am to 6 pm, with the GT simulators included in the theme park entry ticket, while access to the F1 simulators will require an additional fee.
