What started as a casual conversation quickly turned sentimental when Keanne asked his father to wear the toga. Along with the gown and cap, Keanne also placed a medal around his father’s neck and moved the tassel on the cap, giving him a full graduation experience.

For Rodolfo, this moment symbolized more than just a piece of clothing—it was a dream fulfilled. Despite not completing his own college education, Rodolfo worked tirelessly to support his children’s schooling. “Pinangarap ko rin ito,” he said emotionally as he wore the toga, adding, “Tinupad mo ang pangarap ko” (You fulfilled my dream).

Keanne, who graduated magna cum laude from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in English Language Studies, promised his father that he would help his siblings achieve their own educational milestones.
