Etihad Airways has revealed plans to boost its flight services between Abu Dhabi and key European cities starting next summer. The airline will roll out year-round, double-daily flights to popular destinations such as Paris, Milan, Rome, Manchester, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Barcelona, and Madrid.
From January 2024, Paris will see 14 weekly flights, while Milan and Manchester will follow with the same frequency in December. In early 2025, Rome and Frankfurt will join the list of cities with 14 flights per week, followed by Munich and Zurich in May, and Barcelona and Madrid by mid-2025.
Additionally, Etihad will increase its seasonal flights to Malaga to five per week for summer travelers. The updated schedule, featuring convenient 2pm departures from Abu Dhabi and various morning and evening options, is designed to make travel planning easier.
Etihad also plans to expand globally, offering more flights to destinations like Bali and Sydney. Arik De, the airline’s chief revenue and commercial officer, emphasized that the enhanced schedule reflects Etihad’s commitment to growth and supporting tourism in Abu Dhabi.
