GMA Network has released the official teaser for its upcoming fantasy series Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre, marking the much-awaited return of the iconic Encantadia universe to primetime television.
The new series, set to premiere soon on GMA Prime, stars Bianca Umali, Angel Guardian, Faith Da Silva, and Kelvin Miranda. It centers on the journey of a young girl raised in the mortal world, unaware of her true identity as the long-lost daughter of Sang’gre Danaya—now the reigning queen of Encantadia.
A spin-off of the legendary 2005 fantasy franchise and its 2016 “requel,” Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre expands the magical realm by introducing a new generation of warriors, while staying rooted in the lore that captivated Filipino viewers for nearly two decades.
The teaser, which dropped this week, offered a glimpse into the visually stunning world of Lireo and the looming conflict that threatens its balance. GMA promises that the series will combine high-level production with modern storytelling, rekindling the legacy of the Sang’gres for today’s audience.
