The Emirates Group has launched a major recruitment initiative to bring 17,300 new professionals on board this financial year, reflecting its continued expansion and commitment to operational excellence. The announcement was made Tuesday and reported by Khaleej Times.
The hiring spree spans across all its entities—including Emirates Airline and dnata—and covers diverse roles such as cabin crew, pilots, engineers, ground staff, IT experts, customer service agents, sales professionals, and finance and HR specialists.
Highlighting the company’s growth, the group revealed that since 2022, it has added more than 41,000 employees, bringing its total workforce to 121,000.
Dnata, the group’s air services arm, aims to hire over 4,000 specialists for its cargo, catering, and ground handling operations.
“We’re seeking world-class talent to fuel our bold ambition, redefine the future of aviation, and continue our commitment and culture of innovation and excellence,” said Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group.
To find the best candidates, the Group will host more than 2,100 recruitment events in 150 cities worldwide. This includes initiatives in Dubai designed to attract UAE national students and fresh graduates.
The group’s strong employer brand continues to draw interest globally, having received more than 3.7 million job applications. Many are drawn by Emirates’ reputation, tax-free salaries, and wide-ranging perks—including profit-sharing eligibility, medical and life insurance, annual leave travel, discounted airfare for employees and families, and retail and lifestyle privileges.
