Emaar Hospitality announced on Monday a significant rebranding of one of its prominent properties, the Address Fountain Views. The luxury hotel, situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, has been renamed to Address Dubai Mall.
This change follows Abu Dhabi National Hotels’ (ADNH) recent acquisition of The Address Dubai Mall, which was subsequently renamed Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai. In response, Emaar Hospitality has chosen to transfer the prestigious Address Dubai Mall name to the Address Fountain Views property.
The newly named Address Dubai Mall boasts direct connectivity to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping and entertainment hubs, including the recently launched Chinatown Dubai Mall. This connection is facilitated through a comfortable, air-conditioned walkway. The hotel features 193 rooms and 783 residences, complemented by six diverse restaurants, an infinity pool, and various other luxury amenities.
Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar, commented on the rebranding, stating, “The rebranding of Address Fountain Views to Address Dubai Mall is more than just a name change; it’s a reaffirmation of our commitment to unrivaled luxury and excellence.” He further emphasized that Address Dubai Mall is not only a symbol of Dubai’s values but also a testament to Emaar’s dedication to providing extraordinary experiences.
Additionally, ADNH has implemented a series of rebrandings across its portfolio, including renaming Address Boulevard to Kempinski The Boulevard, The Address Dubai Marina to JW Marriott Hotel Marina, Vida Downtown Dubai to Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, and Manzil Downtown Dubai to The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.
