The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has confirmed the Eid Al Fitr holidays for private sector employees in the UAE.
According to the ministry’s announcement, the holiday will run from Sunday, March 30, to Tuesday, April 1, 2025. If Ramadan lasts 30 days, the break will extend until Wednesday, April 2. These days will be fully paid holidays for private sector workers across the country.
Meanwhile, public sector employees will have their Eid break from 1st to 3rd Shawwal 1446 AH, as per the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR). If Ramadan completes 30 days, an additional day off will be observed.
Official work will resume after the designated holiday period.
