IchiRyu Ramen House added another feather to its cap after being named Best Ramen Restaurant UAE 2025 in the World Business Outlook Awards.
World Business Outlook is a print and online magazine providing comprehensive coverage and analysis of the financial industry, international business, and the global economy. Winners in the World Business Outlook Awards come from all over the world including leading brands in the United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Australia, China, and other parts of Asia and Europe. The awarding ceremony will take place this November 8, 2025 at Pullman Bangkok King Power, Thailand.
This award strengthens IchiRyu’s status as the home of the best ramen in the United Arab Emirates.

First to bring the bocchi seki or solo dining experience in the UAE, IchiRyu is located in Wasl Port Views Building 7, Jumeirah 1, Dubai. Its best-selling ramen include the aka paitan (red ramen) and the IchiRyu Kotteri (Chef’s special). Also included in its menu are rice toppings, maki rolls, ippin ryouri (appetizers), maccha-flavored desserts, and house-blend iced teas. Besides its award-winning Japanese dishes, the restaurant is also a favorite spot for cosplayers, anime enthusiasts, and lovers of Japanese culture and tradition.
Its second branch is slated to open this 2nd half of 2025 in Marina First.
