Dubai Marina became the site of the world’s tallest branded residential clocktower, the Franck Muller Aeternitas. This architectural marvel is a collaboration between Dubai-based developer London Gate and the renowned Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Franck Muller.
The Franck Muller Aeternitas stands at an impressive 450 meters and is expected to be a game-changer in luxury living in the United Arab Emirates. With a sales value exceeding Dh2 billion, the tower is set to offer panoramic views of the city, topped off with a distinguished Franck Muller clock.
Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, expressed excitement about the project, emphasizing their commitment to innovation and luxury. “This tower is not just a building; it’s a legacy that will redefine Dubai’s skyline and luxury living for years to come,” said Taha.
The tower boasts 106 floors, featuring a range of exclusive residences. These include sky mansions, sky villas, and one to three-bedroom residences, each embodying elegance and sophistication. Prices start from Dh1.6 million, and London Gate has introduced a flexible 40/60 payment plan in partnership with the One Broker Group.
Located in the bustling Dubai Marina, the Franck Muller Aeternitas offers residents a prestigious waterfront address close to major attractions like Palm Jumeirah. The tower will provide amenities such as a Zen garden, cigar lounge, private cinema, spa, yoga room, and 24/7 concierge services, promising an elite residential experience.
Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller, highlighted the symbolic importance of the tower. “It represents our dedication to craftsmanship and innovation, standing as a testament to timeless elegance,” Baliyan remarked.
The handover of the Franck Muller Aeternitas is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027, eagerly awaited by luxury enthusiasts and real estate connoisseurs worldwide.
