Families across Dubai have a chance to win big this back-to-school season with the return of the “Shop & Win Rewards” campaign, offering AED 200,000 worth of Modesh Scholarships as part of the 2025 Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS).
Running from August 6 to 26, the promotion invites shoppers to spend a minimum of AED 200 at any of the 23 participating malls to enter a digital raffle. Ten winners will each take home AED 20,000 in cash, meant to ease educational expenses for the new academic year.
Customers can participate by scanning QR codes in-store and uploading their receipts through RaffleTech’s digital platform. Winners will be announced in two separate draws on August 16 and September 1.
“This promotion is designed to empower parents by making shopping more rewarding and enjoyable,” said Baiju Kurieash, CEO and Founder of BUZ Management and Marketing LLC, which is managing the campaign in collaboration with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE). “It’s our way of giving back to the community during one of the busiest times of the year.”
Malls included in the campaign range from popular destinations like Al Ghurair Centre and Times Square Center to community favorites such as Mudon Community Centre, Serena Marketplace, and Silicon Central Mall. The initiative not only supports families preparing for the school year but also boosts retail activity citywide.
