Dubai Safari Park to introduce night safaris from December 13

Dubai Safari Park will launch its first-ever night safaris, offering visitors a rare opportunity to experience wildlife after dark. The unique initiative will run from December 13, 2024, to January 12, 2025, allowing guests to explore the nocturnal habits of over 90 animal species.

The night safari experience, guided by wildlife experts, will showcase the natural adaptations of animals such as enhanced night vision and echolocation. Visitors can witness the increased activity of elusive species like pygmy hippos, the intensified predatory instincts of carnivores, and the resonant roars of lions as the evening deepens.

In addition to the safaris, live performances, including an African fire show and a neon show, will entertain guests, enriching the evening’s activities. Dubai Safari Park ensures the ecosystem remains undisturbed, with only nocturnal species featured to reflect their natural routines.

“This night safari offers a unique lens into the animal kingdom, inspiring visitors to appreciate wildlife and support animal welfare,” said Ahmad Al Zarouni, Director of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities at Dubai Municipality. He emphasized the park’s commitment to education and its role in enhancing Dubai’s reputation as a leading global destination.

The safaris will take place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily, with tickets available starting December 11 at dubaisafari.ae. As spots are limited, early booking is recommended.
