Azizi Developments has announced that Burj Azizi, a new skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, will reach a height of 725 meters, making it the second tallest building in the world. The 131-plus-storey tower is set to launch for sales in February 2025, with a completion date expected by 2028.
According to a Khaleej Times report, Burj Azizi will feature a variety of high-end amenities, including a seven-star all-suite hotel, residential options such as penthouses and apartments, and extensive facilities like wellness centers, swimming pools, cinemas, gyms, and retail spaces. Additionally, the tower will offer a unique vertical retail experience across seven floors, a beach club, and several high-end dining options.
The tower is also set to break multiple world records, including the highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, the highest observation deck on level 130, the highest restaurant in Dubai on level 122, and the highest hotel room in Dubai on level 118.
