Dubai Police has recently upgraded its fleet by introducing the latest Tesla model, fully equipped with the force’s official livery. The new electric patrol cars are set to bolster traffic control and security measures across the city, particularly in tourist hotspots and other key locations.
Brigadier Juma Salem bin Suwaidan, Acting Director of the General Department of Traffic, highlighted that the addition of these vehicles is part of the authority’s ongoing efforts to integrate advanced technology, including smart systems and artificial intelligence, into its operations. The move aims to enhance the efficiency of traffic management and boost overall security.
He further explained that the new patrols will contribute to a faster response time and increase police presence on the roads, aligning with Dubai Police’s strategy to adopt innovative solutions and maintain high service standards.
