In the first six months of 2024, the Dubai Municipality call centre managed over half a million calls from residents across the UAE seeking assistance. Demonstrating its commitment to providing high-quality services, the Municipality reported on social media that all calls were resolved within the designated timeframe.
Out of the total interactions, 326,958 were handled via phone calls, 129,381 through virtual assistant, and 28,064 through email. The centre also processed 45,061 digital system reports, 16,641 automated responses, 419 live broadcasts, and 598 social media interactions.
Dubai Municipality provides a wide array of services, including those related to advertising permits, agriculture and irrigation, animal health and welfare, building and construction, environmental services, and waste management, among others.
