Dubai Mall sets new attendance record with over 111 million visitors in 2024

Dubai Mall has shattered its own attendance record, welcoming over 111 million visitors in 2024. This marks a significant increase from the previous year’s record of 105 million and continues the mall’s streak of surpassing 100 million annual visitors for the second consecutive year.

The world’s most visited shopping destination, nestled near the iconic Burj Khalifa, continues to attract global tourists and residents alike. Spanning more than 13 million square feet, the mall boasts over 1,200 retail outlets, including Galeries Lafayette and Bloomingdale’s, alongside more than 200 food and beverage options.

Entertainment offerings at Dubai Mall include an array of attractions such as the world’s largest shopping mall aquarium, an ice rink, and a 24-screen cineplex. Its recent additions include a vibrant Chinatown featuring a sprawling food hall, East Asian delicacies, and wellness facilities.

Looking ahead, a Dhs1.5 billion expansion is set to enhance the mall further, introducing 240 new luxury retail and dining options. Visitors should also note the introduction of paid parking for stays exceeding four hours on weekdays and six hours on weekends.
