Dubai introduces online booking for public park visits

Dubai has streamlined the process for visiting its public parks by launching a new online booking platform, dubaipublicparks.ae. This initiative allows visitors to bypass the ticket counters and secure their entry tickets conveniently in advance.

To book tickets, visitors can navigate to the Dubai Public Parks website, select their desired park, and follow a simple booking procedure. After choosing the park and specifying the visit date and the number of visitors, users can agree to the terms and conditions and proceed to provide their contact details. A One-Time Password (OTP) is sent for verification, following which payment can be made online or opted to be paid at the park through self-service kiosks.

The online booking feature covers major parks including Zabeel Park, Safa Park, Al Mamzar Park, Mushrif National Park, Creek Park, and Children’s City. Plans are underway to include tickets for Dubai Frame and Dubai Safari Park soon.

Each park offers its unique features and timings, with most parks open from 8 am to 10 pm from Monday to Thursday and extended hours on the weekend. Entry fees are minimal, and the parks are conveniently accessible via nearby Dubai Metro stations.

In a recent update, nol cards are no longer accepted as a payment method at Dubai public parks. However, visitors can still pay with cash at the ticket counter or use credit cards or mobile wallets at the self-service kiosks.
