Dubai’s renowned Global Village is set to dazzle residents and visitors alike with an extraordinary New Year’s Eve celebration, featuring not one, but seven distinct fireworks displays. This unique event, scheduled for December 31, will mark the coming of 2024 in grand style by ringing in the New Year seven times in accordance with the time zones of seven different countries.
Starting at 8pm and continuing hourly until 1am, the festival park will light up the skies to coincide with the midnights in China, Thailand, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, the UAE, and Turkey. Each hour will bring a new fireworks show, allowing guests to experience a series of vibrant and culturally diverse New Year’s celebrations.
To accommodate this extravaganza, Global Village will extend its operating hours. On December 30, the gates will open at 4pm and close at 1am. The festivities will continue until 2am on December 31. However, it’s important to note that December 31 will be exclusively reserved for families and ladies, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive environment for all to enjoy the celebrations.
