In a push towards a more sustainable urban environment, Dubai Municipality has reported a significant reduction in plastic bottle consumption by over 4 million, thanks to its collaboration with the Dubai Can initiative.
This achievement comes from the installation of 10 new water refill stations strategically placed in parks, beaches, and public markets across the city.
The initiative is part of a broader commitment by the Municipality to enhance sustainability and support Dubai’s vision of becoming a leading example of eco-friendly urban living.
This development not only promotes sustainable practices but also contributes to preserving the aesthetic and environmental integrity of the city for future generations.
