Starting September 20, 2024, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) will introduce fees for certain services at its branch locations as part of an updated service fee structure. This move is aimed at enhancing the banking experience while encouraging customers to use the bank’s digital channels, where the same services will remain free.
Customers accessing services such as updating their details, transferring TouchPoints, requesting e-statements, enrolling in Etihad Guest Miles Membership, or changing maturity instructions for fixed deposits at branches will incur a fee of AED 31.5 per transaction. However, these services will continue to be free if done through ADCB’s Personal Internet Banking, ADCB Mobile Banking App, or ADCB WhatsApp.
