Dubai Airports has launched a new facility at Dubai International’s (DXB) Terminal 2, combining Left Luggage and Mishandled Baggage services to improve the guest experience.
The Baggage Service Centre, now open, serves as a comprehensive hub for all baggage-related needs, offering a convenient location for guests to store and reclaim their luggage around the clock. The facility connects publicly accessible areas with secured zones of the terminal, enabling guests to claim their bags without additional screening processes. This enhancement boosts safety and reduces waiting times, ensuring a smoother and more efficient airport experience.
This new service highlights the effective collaboration between Dubai Airports and its service partners, including Dubai Police, Dubai Customs, and dnata.
