A motorist was apprehended in Dubai for driving at an excessive speed of 220kmph on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), according to Dubai Police.
Along with the arrest, the driver was fined Dh50,000, and the vehicle was confiscated.
The case has been forwarded to the Public Prosecution for further legal action.
