The young Kuwaiti boy, Badr, who garnered internet fame for his love for Dubai and the iconic Burj Khalifa, recently realized his dream through a personal encounter with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The memorable event transpired during Badr and his family’s visit to Dubai, a trip that was not just another vacation, but a special invitation from the crown prince himself.
Images of Badr alongside Sheikh Mohammed have since surfaced online, showcasing warm and affectionate exchanges.
In one of the photos, Sheikh Mohammed is seen holding Badr’s hand, engrossed in a deep conversation with him and his brother, a testament to the leader’s gracious hospitality and kind-hearted nature.
Another snapshot captures a comfortable and joyful Badr, seated next to the Ruler, sporting a wide grin and leaning affectionately against him.
The whirlwind romance between Badr and Dubai began in July, when a video interview of the youngster expressing his fervent desire to visit the Burj Khalifa went viral.
His genuine affection for the emirate struck a chord with many, including Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
Taking to his Instagram story to share Badr’s interview, Sheikh Hamdan extended a warm invitation to the lad and his family to come and relish the captivating sights Dubai has in its fold, including the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
“If anyone knows Badr, tell him I extend an invitation to him and his family to visit Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and its other beautiful sights,” expressed the Crown Prince.
