The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has informed the public that the DMW Mobile App will be temporarily offline for maintenance and upgrades, starting at 12:01 AM on November 14, 2023, Philippine Standard Time.
The duration of this maintenance period has not been specified, but the DMW will keep the public updated on the progress.
This temporary unavailability of the app means that Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) needing to secure their OFW Pass or Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) will have to opt for alternative methods.
The DMW urges OFW-applicants to either use the POPS-BaM online system or visit their nearest Migrant Workers Offices (MWOs), DMW Regional Offices, or the DMW Central Office in person.
For any concerns or assistance during this period, the DMW has provided multiple ways for the public to reach out. Individuals can contact the DMW Contact Center via email at ofwpass@dmw.gov.ph, through their Facebook page at fb.com/dmw.gov.ph, or via WhatsApp/Viber at the following numbers: +63 908 326 8344, +63 927 147 8186, and +63 920 517 1059. The DMW encourages anyone requiring help or information to use these channels.
