Filipinos can now have their PSA documents Apostilled without visiting the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), thanks to a new online processing system announced by the agency.
The service covers birth certificates, marriage certificates, advisory on marriage, and certificate of no marriage record (CENOMAR) issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
To use the service, applicants simply need to go to www.apostille.gov.ph, select the PSA document they need Apostilled, and pay the fee online through LANDBANK’s LinkBiz portal. The processing fee is Php 500 for most documents and Php 560 for CENOMAR.
Once processed, documents can be picked up at the Double Dragon Plaza in Pasay City, following the schedule provided via email. No appointment is required for pickup.
For added convenience, applicants may also opt to have their Apostilled documents delivered. Inquiries can be directed to the DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative through their mobile numbers or email: dfampc.inquires@gmail.com.
The DFA encourages the public to take advantage of this online service for faster and hassle-free transactions.
