Her Highness Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has confirmed her engagement to Moroccan-American rapper French Montana, marking a new chapter in her personal life.
The Dubai princess made the announcement on Instagram, sharing a striking photo of her diamond ring and tagging French Montana in the post — a move that instantly set social media abuzz. According to People magazine, the rapper proposed two months ago.
A press release cited by the outlet stated, “Representatives confirm that while wedding plans are underway, specific dates and arrangements are still being finalised by both families, who are reportedly excited and supportive.”
The couple were first linked last year in Dubai, where they were spotted together, though many initially assumed they were only friends. Their romance became official in June when they appeared hand in hand at Paris Fashion Week.
