Veteran entertainment host Ogie Diaz has stirred the showbiz scene after revealing that “Incognito” co-stars Daniel Padilla and Kaila Estrada are reportedly seeing each other.
In his latest Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update vlog, the columnist shared that Padilla appears to be dating someone new, and when pressed by co-host Mama Loi Villarama, he confirmed it was Estrada.
Mama Loi admitted they first assumed the two were just friends, especially with the playful coincidence of Kaila sharing a similar name with Daniel’s mother, Karla Estrada. To this, Diaz responded: “Ayon na nga. Akala ko din noong una. Sa atin, may nag-confirm lang. Pero importante marinig natin si Daniel at Kaila kung gaano it katotoo.”
Diaz also claimed a friend had spotted the pair together at a Makati mall, looking happy in each other’s company. He emphasized that the alleged romance is not hurting anyone, noting, “Wala naman silang tinapakan. Pareho naman silang single.”
Padilla previously ended his 11-year relationship with actress Kathryn Bernardo, who has since been linked to Lucena Mayor Mark Alcala.
