The November 30 event centered on how condo units can generate income through rental opportunities and long-term value growth, while participants continue working full-time either in the UAE or abroad.
Organizers noted that many OFWs and Dubai-based professionals are increasingly exploring real estate ownership as a way to build long-term assets rather than relying solely on monthly remittances. The SMDC Heights segment also discussed how owners can manage units from overseas, maximize earnings, and understand payment structures suited for long-term planning.
