Passengers flying out of Clark International Airport will soon have the convenience of checking in for their flights at SM City Clark. This new service is part of a collaborative effort between the Department of Transportation (DOTr), SM Supermalls, and various aviation and tourism stakeholders aimed at enhancing the travel experience.
“SM Supermalls is proud to be a part of this partnership, which will soon offer passengers a seamless and stress-free travel experience,” said SM Supermalls President Steven Tan. “By allowing passengers to check in at the mall before their flight and enjoy our amenities, this initiative will further enhance Clark’s position as a premier travel hub.”
The City Check-In Facility is part of a broader initiative underpinned by a Memorandum of Understanding signed by key industry players including the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, Department of Tourism-Region 3, Clark Development Corporation, Clark International Airport Corporation, Luzon International Premier Airport Development Corporation, Premier Central Inc., and Plaza Premium Lounge Clark International Airport Inc.
The facility allows passengers to handle their check-in procedures at the mall, reducing pre-departure stress and offering more time to enjoy the mall’s amenities.
