Central Luzon workers to receive wage hike starting October 30

Workers across Central Luzon are set to receive higher pay starting October 30, 2025, following the approval of two new wage orders by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) III.

According to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Wage Orders RBIII-26 and RBIII-DW-05 provide a salary increase of up to ₱80, which will be released in two phases. The first tranche will take effect this month, while the second adjustment of ₱30 will follow on April 16, 2026.

For workers in Pampanga, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, and Zambales, the new rates raise the daily minimum wage to ₱570 for the non-agriculture sector, ₱540 for agriculture, and ₱560 for retail and service establishments. These will further increase to as much as ₱600 next year once the second tranche is implemented.

In Aurora, the daily minimum pay will go up to ₱530 for non-agriculture workers, ₱515 for agriculture, and ₱475 for those in retail and services—also set to rise by another ₱30 in April 2026.

Meanwhile, under Wage Order RBIII-DW-05, domestic workers or kasambahays in the region will receive a ₱500 monthly increase, raising their minimum salary from ₱6,000 to ₱6,500.

Once the full wage adjustment is completed, Central Luzon’s minimum daily wage will range between ₱515 and ₱600, benefiting thousands of employees across various industries.
