Cebu Pacific advises passengers to verify their flight status via their website. “To reduce congestion, affected passengers are advised not to proceed to the airport at this time,” the airline stated.
Passengers scheduled to fly up to July 21, 2024, are offered flexible options, including free rebooking and travel fund. Notifications will be sent to affected passengers once systems are restored, detailing available options.
