Capinpin brothers surprise mother with trio of houses in Cabanatuan City

The Capinpin Brothers – Gavin, Allen, and Kelzy – surprised their mother, Beth, with three new houses in Cabanatuan City. These houses, presented as a birthday and Christmas gift, are situated on a 3,500-square meter property, complete with luxurious amenities like a swimming pool, jacuzzi, home theater, and a unique glass house.

As revealed in a “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” episode, the houses are a realization of their parents’ dream. Gavin explained, “Our parents wanted three houses so that even though we’d live separately, we will still be close to each other.” The swimming pool’s design, featuring three falls, symbolizes the bond between the three brothers.

The journey to this surprise began six months earlier, after purchasing the land in May. Their mother, Beth, initially thought the reveal was a prank, as the magnitude of the surprise was hard to believe.

The Capinpin Brothers are widely known for their prank videos on social media. They confessed that their initial videos were scripted, and one of their pranks even led to a health scare for their mother, resulting in a hospital visit. The brothers expressed regret over this incident and emphasized the importance of responsibility in content creation.

Gavin started vlogging inspired by fellow content creator, CongTV. Initially, his girlfriend was his vlogging partner, but during the pandemic, he began creating content with his siblings. Their first vlog, simply featuring them washing dishes, surprisingly went viral, garnering 5.2 million views.

The family faced a tough period in 2022 with the passing of their father, Pedro. Struggling with hospital bills, Gavin considered resigning from his teaching job to sell snacks for immediate income. Despite not earning from their videos at that time, their father encouraged them to continue vlogging. Kelzy mentioned that their father was their first supporter. Gavin initially hesitated to vlog about his father’s death but did so to honor his father’s wish.

Transitioning from renters to homeowners marks a significant change for the Capinpin family, who lived in a rental home for two decades. Their first owned home, acquired through a bank loan, lacked basic amenities like doors and windows for years. Their success in vlogging and brand endorsements motivated them to provide their mother with a new home.

Beth’s reaction to her new home was emotional. “I’m really proud of my sons. They really gave their all, and made me feel so loved,” she said. The brothers made sure that every detail in the house catered to their parents’ dreams, from a billiards table to a well-designed visitor’s glasshouse and a spacious backyard for security and comfort.
