Kapuso host Boy Abunda expressed doubts about Maris Racal’s claim that she was unaware Anthony Jennings and Jamela Villanueva were still in a relationship. During the Friday episode of his show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Boy highlighted inconsistencies in Maris’ statements.
Boy referenced screenshots of conversations between Maris and Anthony, which were exposed by Jamela last week. He cited exchanges where Maris and Anthony discussed deleting their messages, raising questions about the context of their conversations.
“One message said, ‘Someday hindi tayo kinakailangang mag-delete; hindi tayo kinakailangang magtago,’” Boy noted, emphasizing the disparity between Maris’ claim and the evidence.
Maris previously stated in an ABS-CBN exclusive that she was “in the dark” about Anthony and Jamela’s status, describing herself as “clueless.” However, Boy remarked, “To say that you didn’t have any knowledge that they’re still together, medyo kino-question ko as an audience, as a commentator.”
