Bong Go leads overseas absentee voting in UAE; Duterte Youth tops party-list category

Filipino voters in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have made their choices for the 2025 senatorial race, with Bong Go emerging as the top pick among overseas absentee voters. Go secured 27,459 votes (7.45%), followed by Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa with 26,047 (7.06%) and Rodante Marcoleta with 25,161 (6.83%).

Rounding out the Top 12 senatorial candidates among overseas Filipino voters in the UAE are:

4th – Jimmy Bondoc (19,744 votes, 5.35%)

5th – Atty. Vic Rodriguez (18,432 votes, 5%)

6th – Raul Lambino (17,555 votes, 4.76%)

7th – Jayvee Hinlo (16,679 votes, 4.52%)

8th – Phillip Salvador (13,886 votes, 3.77%)

9th – Doc Marites Mata (13,366 votes, 3.63%)

10th – Apollo Quiboloy (12,643 votes, 3.43%)

11th – Gringo Honasan (12,562 votes, 3.41%)

12th – Imee Marcos (10,937 votes, 2.97%)

In the party-list category, Duterte Youth emerged as the leading choice among voters in the UAE.

Out of 189,892 registered Filipino voters in the UAE, only 37,976 participated in the online voting process conducted from April 13 to May 12, 2025. Of these, 13,234 cast their votes in Abu Dhabi, while 24,742 participated in Dubai.
