Filmmaker and lawyer Josabeth “Joji” Alonso has confirmed that P-pop girl group BINI has taken legal action against an undisclosed party.
In an Instagram story, Alonso shared a cropped image of the complaint, revealing the names of all eight members—Gwen, Aiah, Sheena, Mikha, Maloi, Jhoanna, Stacey, and Colet—listed as the complainants alongside their collective identity as BINI.
While the document did not indicate who the case was filed against, the development comes after controversial internet personality Xian Gaza made a provocative Facebook post mentioning the group. In his post, Gaza made a sexual remark about an unnamed BINI member, drawing public backlash.
As of this writing, neither the group nor its members have commented on the issue, and Alonso has not disclosed further details about the nature of the complaint.
