BINI has achieved another groundbreaking milestone, becoming the first-ever P-pop group to surpass one billion all-time streams on Spotify. This historic feat solidifies their status as pioneers in the local music industry.
The eight-member girl group also joins an exclusive list of OPM artists, ranking as the second female OPM act, sixth OPM group, and 15th overall to reach the billion-stream mark.
Sharing the achievement on social media on March 20, BINI expressed heartfelt gratitude to their dedicated fans, known as Blooms. “A dream turned reality, and it’s all thanks to YOU. Your love has fueled every step of this journey,” they wrote.
Following the announcement, the hashtag #BINI1BillionSpotifyStreams quickly trended in the Philippines, further highlighting their massive impact.
This milestone follows the success of their BINIVerse World Tour 2025, which launched last month with a sold-out show at the Philippine Arena. The international leg kicks off in Dubai on May 18 before heading to London on May 25. Their North American tour will take them to major cities including New York, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and Vancouver.
Adding to their growing list of achievements, BINI’s documentary has been shortlisted for the 2025 New York Festivals TV & Film Awards, further cementing their influence in the global music scene.
