A senior officer from the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office has emerged as the highest-ranking graduate of an international police training course hosted by the Abu Dhabi Police College, placing first among dozens of law-enforcement officers from around the world.
Police Major Inar Vic Florece completed the International Police Exchange Program on January 29 in the United Arab Emirates, where participants underwent months of academic instruction, physical training, and professional exchange focused on contemporary policing practices and international cooperation.
The program brought together 53 officers representing 35 countries and was jointly organized by the UAE Ministry of Interior and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. It is designed to strengthen cross-border collaboration, leadership development, and shared standards in law enforcement through an academy-style curriculum.
Florece, who serves with the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office, was declared top graduate after outperforming fellow international delegates across academic, physical, and practical components conducted at the Abu Dhabi Police College.
The graduation ceremony was attended by senior UAE leaders, including Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, underscoring the importance the host country places on international police cooperation and training initiatives.
