In a job market where more than three-quarters of professionals are seeking new roles, LinkedIn has unveiled its latest list of Top Companies in the UAE—offering a snapshot of the best employers for long-term career growth in 2024.
At the top of the UAE rankings is Boston Consulting Group, hailed for its dynamic approach to employee development. It’s joined by other global names such as McKinsey & Company, Mastercard, Oracle, and HSBC. A striking 11 out of the 15 companies featured are multinational giants, indicating the UAE’s growing appeal as a global business hub.
Consulting firms in particular stood out, with three landing top spots: BCG, McKinsey, and Kearney. According to LinkedIn, this points to a broader regional trend where “consulting firms reign supreme,” driven by a rising demand for digital transformation and strategy guidance.
UAE-based airline Emirates also secured a spot, underlining the aviation sector’s enduring appeal in the region. Meanwhile, Mubadala and HSBC represented the financial sector, highlighting stable opportunities in investment and banking.
The list draws on exclusive LinkedIn data and evaluates companies based on factors that matter most to jobseekers: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, and external opportunity.
