Best-performing Dubai government entities announced for 2024 happiness indices

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has secured the highest ratings in both customer and employee happiness indices for 2024, with scores of 96.7%, placing it at the forefront of Dubai government entities.

The results, approved by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, revealed that the average customer happiness index across all government entities in Dubai stands at 93.8%. The employee happiness index averages 86.7%, while the Mystery Shopper survey scored an impressive 95.8%.

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) ranked second in customer happiness with a score of 97.01%, followed by the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) at 96.99%. For employee happiness, Awqaf Dubai achieved second place with 96.2%, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) secured third at 95.3%.

The annual report, issued by the Dubai Government Excellence Programme, utilized an advanced platform to track and compare performance metrics. Sheikh Hamdan praised the results and directed the development of an integrated mechanism to align happiness studies with institutional assessments.

Congratulating MBRHE for its consistent top performance over the past three years, Sheikh Hamdan highlighted its dedication to excellence and fostering an environment where both customers and employees feel valued. He also commended DEWA, IACAD, Awqaf Dubai, and GDRFA for their remarkable achievements in the indices.

“These accomplishments exemplify the values of excellence and service that define the Government of Dubai,” Sheikh Hamdan said.
