Social media influencer Benedict Cua surprised his followers by introducing his newborn son, Aleck, on Monday. The Filipino YouTuber and content creator shared his heartfelt emotions in an Instagram post, where he expressed his overwhelming love for his child.
“Aleck, my son. The love of my life. No words can explain this overwhelming love that I feel as I cradle you in my arms. My beautiful warrior, you fill me with awe and excitement. I promise to be your home and your protection. To nurture you with infinite love, the same love you’ve already shown me from the moment you took your very first breath,” Cua wrote. He added in Chinese, “Baby, daddy loves you very much.”
Cua also disclosed in his recent vlog that he had taken a two-month hiatus from vlogging to focus on being a hands-on father to Aleck.
Cua is well-known in the social media sphere, boasting 1.75 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, where he shares entertaining vlogs on various topics. Besides vlogging, he is a multifaceted talent involved in singing, songwriting, and record production, with a unique blend of R&B, soul, and alternative pop. He has also ventured into acting with a role in a GMA Network series.
