Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza was visibly emotional after her fellow Sparkle Star, Rain Matienzo, presented her with merchandise from Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour.” Matienzo attended Swift’s concert in Melbourne, Australia, and brought back a heartfelt gift for Forteza.
Taking to Instagram, the Kapuso Primetime Princess shared a snapshot of the shirt and friendship bracelets gifted to her by Matienzo. The gesture didn’t stop there; Matienzo also included a touching letter expressing her wishes for Forteza.
The letter read, “I hope na mai-laban mo ang Eras Tour, but as of now, I’ll bring a part of the Eras Tour to you – yung blue bracelet nakuha ko from someone na na naka-exchange namin nung concert, and ginawan din kita w/ your name.”
In a video shared alongside her post, Forteza could be seen shedding tears of gratitude. “GRABE KA,” she wrote in the caption, expressing her overwhelming thanks to Matienzo for the thoughtful gesture.
Forteza and Matienzo recently collaborated in “Maging Sino Ka Man” alongside David Licauco. Matienzo also joined forces with Team BarDa in the historical portal fantasy series “Maria Clara at Ibarra,” where she portrayed Elias’s lover, Salome.
Meanwhile, Forteza is gearing up for her upcoming role in “Pulang Araw,” where she will play the character of a bodabil performer.
