Young Filipino prodigy and Bahrain-based Brent Cataneo Amado is set to receive international recognition at the prestigious Global Child Prodigy Awards (GCPA) 2025, a world-renowned platform celebrating the brightest young talents from across the globe. Scheduled for June 26, 2025, at the Member’s Dining Room, House of Commons, British Parliament, UK, the award ceremony will honor 100 exceptional young achievers selected from thousands of applications across 130 countries. Brent’s outstanding achievements in music and arts have earned him a place among these elite young prodigies, highlighting his extraordinary journey as an inspiring figure for aspiring talents worldwide.
Brent began his musical journey at the age of six during the COVID-19 pandemic and has since become a multi-award-winning pianist and visual artist. His notable achievements include a bronze medal at the World Classical Music Awards in Europe, a gold medal at the Gulf Musician Idol 2022, and a celebrated performance at Carnegie Hall in New York City after winning the American Protégé competition. Beyond his musical talent, Brent has also excelled as a visual artist, showcasing his works at the Grand Art Exhibition at the University of the Philippines Diliman and winning accolades at the Bahrain Art Culture and Heritage Drawing Competition. His passion extends to sports, where he has won medals in swimming and taekwondo, further demonstrating his versatility.
