Dubai’s Al Ghurair Centre has opened its walls to creativity, announcing an art contest that will reward one winner with both a public showcase and a AED 1,000 gift hamper.
The challenge calls on artists of all ages to create A3-sized horizontal artworks—whether hand-drawn or hand-painted—that capture the joy, culture, and creativity of food. The winning piece will be enlarged and displayed prominently on an outdoor hoarding at the shopping centre, giving the artist a rare chance to share their vision with the wider public.
To enter, participants must post their artwork on a public Instagram or Facebook profile, tag @alghuraircentre, use the hashtag #AGCArtOnTheWall, and upload the work via the official online form along with the social media link.
Submissions are open until August 31, 2025, with the winner set to gain not just a prize but a moment in the spotlight at one of Dubai’s busiest hubs.
