Ariella Arida has been appointed as the new national director of the Miss Universe Philippines Organization.
The announcement was made on Saturday during the press presentation of this year’s Miss Universe Philippines candidates.
Acknowledging the responsibility of her new role, Arida expressed her long-standing involvement with the organization. “I know this is a big role to take on, but from the very beginning of Miss Universe Philippines, I have been supporting and staying connected with them,” she shared.
Arida, who finished as the 3rd runner-up in Miss Universe 2013, will now oversee the prestigious national pageant.
Meanwhile, 69 candidates participated in the press event held in Makati as they compete for the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 crown.
