IchiRyu Ramen House, the home of the best ramen in the UAE, was named Best Ramen Restaurant by the World Business Outlook Awards 2025 held in Bangkok, Thailand last November 8, 2025.
This is the third recognition IchiRyu has received this 2025 alone after its win at the Arabian Best of Best Awards 2025 (Best Ramen Restaurant) in the UAE and The Bizz Awards 2025 (Excellence in Restaurant Services) in the USA.
Present in the awarding ceremony are Executive Chef Touru De Guzman, President and COO Karl De Guzman, CFO Mary Rose Marcellano, Logistics Head Allanjay Marcellano, Marketing Manager Gerald Vista, and Chairman and CDO Nico De Guzman.

IchiRyu Ramen House is located in Wasl Port Views Building 7, Jumeirah 1 and Marina First Building, Dubai Marina. It is the first restaurant to bring the bocchi seki, Japan’s solo dining experience, to the UAE.
