Prabagar, holding the ticket number 061680, topped the list of winners.
Not far behind, Selvaraj Thangayan from India secured the second prize, taking home Dh100,000. Nodir Kutliev, an Uzbek national, clinched the third spot with a prize of Dh90,000.
