Reliance Industries, the telecom giant owned by the Ambani family, revealed that 2,000 guests attended the event, as reported by The New York Times. The guest list included Bollywood icons Amitabh Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan, alongside international celebrities Kim and Khloe Kardashian, and former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Despite some criticism about the lavish spending, others have noted that the expense represents only about 0.5 percent of Mukesh Ambani’s net worth of $123.2 billion, suggesting a relatively modest outlay in comparison to their vast fortune.
