Alex Gonzaga and her husband, Mikee Morada, recently took a short trip to Taiwan, where they shared a deeply personal and emotional moment. In a symbolic gesture of hope, the couple released a sky lantern bearing the words, “Healthy babies for me and Mikee,” expressing their continued prayers for a child.
The trip comes just months after Alex revealed her third miscarriage in December 2024. The heartbreaking loss followed two earlier miscarriages, with the latest involving a blighted ovum—where a fertilized egg implants but does not develop into an embryo. Despite the emotional setbacks, Alex remains hopeful and thankful, openly sharing her journey with followers.
“Last February, we had a quick trip to Taiwan after everything that happened. Kahit sobrang busy, nakapaglaan pa rin ang asawa ko ng ganitong oras,” she wrote in her post, thanking Mikee and playfully calling herself “pabebe.”
