“Hello, Love, Again,” starring Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo, has surpassed P1.4 billion in global earnings as of December 1, cementing its place as the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time.
The sequel to “Hello, Love, Goodbye” made history as the first Filipino movie to exceed P1 billion in local box office sales and earn over $7 million from international screenings.
The film, a collaboration between GMA Pictures and Star Cinema, also set new milestones in the Middle East. It achieved the highest opening weekend gross for a Filipino film in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, raking in $1.4 million within a week.
Directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, the movie premiered on November 13 in the Philippines and continues to be shown in over 700 cinemas worldwide.
Richards and Bernardo recently visited Dubai to promote the record-breaking film, solidifying its massive international success.
