In a move designed to commemorate its 10 millionth visitor, the Al Ain Zoo is offering a one-year free pass to the milestone guest, granting them uninterrupted access to the zoo and its host of services throughout the year.
The announcement, made by the zoo’s administration, marks a significant milestone in the establishment’s history, reflecting its enduring appeal to people from all walks of life.
Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri, Director-General of the Zoo and Aquarium Public Institution, expressed his delight at reaching the milestone. He remarked, “We are pleased to receive the 10 millionth visitor who will crown our years of effort and relentless work in providing exceptional experiences and services. Our goal is to foster ecotourism guided by the highest cultural and recreational standards.”
As part of its ongoing initiative to remain a top family tourist destination in the region, Al Ain Zoo is collaborating closely with various partners to introduce more offerings in the near future.
Since its inception in 1968, under the vision of the UAE’s founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed, the zoo has been a haven for family fun and educational experiences, nestled in a natural outdoor setting. Today, the zoo is home to a remarkable collection of over 4,000 animals, providing visitors a unique opportunity to learn about and interact with a wide array of species.
